To celebrate the New Year, anyone who purchases a membership at Hampton Pool during January will receive a free Buddy Pass to give to a friend.  It’s the perfect way to train, swim or unwind together.

What your Buddy gets

Depending on the membership you choose, your Buddy can enjoy:

Swim Only Membership
➝ 3 Buddy Swim Passes

Gym Only Membership
➝ 3 Buddy Gym Passes

Swim & Gym Membership
➝ 3 Buddy Swim Passes and 2 Buddy Gym Passes

Swim, Gym & Class Membership
➝ 3 Buddy Swim Passes, 2 Buddy Gym Passes and 1 Buddy Class Pass

Your Buddy can use their passes throughout January, giving them a chance to experience everything Hampton Pool has to offer.

How it works

Purchase a membership between 1st–31st January 2026 either online or at reception (Buddy passes available to collect from reception)

Give them to a friend to use during January (Buddy needs to redeem at reception)

Whether it’s swimming lengths, working out in the gym or trying a fitness class, it’s a great way to start the year together.
