Training courses

Hampton pool started running training courses in 2005 and since then, these have grown from one course a year to five teaching courses, two pool rescue courses and three National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) courses a year.

Each course is run by the pool and is taught by experts in the fields. Adrian Noble teaches on our STA courses, training teachers to a high standard with an extremely high pass rate. Tina Marley runs our NPLQ courses, she also carries out the regular training sessions for our own lifeguards ensuring a high standard throughout their careers.
