EXTRA fitness classes!
As well as the many different exercise classes we already offer here at Hampton Pool, we have added a few extra ones. Hampton Pool has long offered a wide range of regular exercise classes including studio cycling, circuits, Yoga and Pilates.
All classes are available at affordable prices through a selection of different memberships and are put on at times that make it convenient for you to stick to your exercise regime what ever your schedule. Our large range of class's means there is something for everyone here regardless of your physical goals and ability.
Legs Bums and Tums
Sculpt, tone and strengthen your body fast with this resistance based exercise class! LBT provides the knowledge, direction and motivation needed to successfully shape your body.
The LBT class will help you:
