Virtual classes are included in Annual and Monthly Memberships (gym + classes/gym, swim and classes). See below for details.
Classes Session Times
Classes memberships
All sessions shown above are freely available to those who hold classes memberships.
Non-members are also welcome and can pay for individual, or a block of sessions at reception.

Booking is not necessary. Places are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive early to ensure you get a place.

Virtual Classes

These classes are included in Annual and Monthly Memberships (gym + classes / gym, swim and classes). You can also attend on a pay-as-you-go basis for £5.00 per session or on a specific ‘Book of 10 Virtual Classes’ ticket (£49.50 total).

Regular books of tickets do not provide access to our Virtual classes due to the price difference. Please click here to fill in a form to opt into our monthly Virtual Classes Access Code email.

- You do not need to do this if you’re an Annual/monthly member to gym + classes or gym, swim and classes
Please note: Filling out the opt in form will mean you can receive the session codes. However, to be accepted into the class from the waiting room you must book on the app.
