Make booking sessions and classes at Hampton Pool easier by downloading our phone app.
There’s information about all the classes in the app and you’ll be able to manage your bookings by following these simple steps.
How to register to use the Hampton Pool booking app if you’ve never used it before
In order to make use of our booking app, we must first register you on our system and you will need to download the app.
The process for registering to use the app is a slightly longwinded one (we’re working on it) but it does work so please stick with it!
- Go to the App Store for iPhones or Google Play for Android phones and search for ‘YMCA SPG’* or click on the buttons below
- You will come back to the app later, but next you will need to complete the ‘Join online’ form on our website here, which will look like this:

- Follow the process until you reach the ‘Finish’ page.
- Now return to the first page here.
- Select ‘Yes, I have an Email Address and Password’ in the right-hand column. Click on ‘Forgotten your password?’. This will bring you to the following screen:

- Enter your email address and the security number shown on the page.
- You will now receive an email entitled ‘Password Reset’ from YMCAStPaulsGroup@leisurecloud.net containing a link and a personal Member ID. Follow the link, enter the Member ID you have just received and set up your password. This is the password you will use when logging in to the app.
- Now open the app. When you open the app for the first time, select Hampton Pool on the ‘My Clubs’ tab and it will bring up our page. When you return to use it again in future, it will automatially bring up the Hampton Pool information.
- Select a session you would like to book. You will see the following message.

- Click on ‘Login now’ and enter your email address and the password you created via our website. You should now be able to book and pay for sessions.
Please note that you should only have to do this once as next time you click on the app icon it will take you straight to the Hampton Pool page. If you use other YMCA sites (listed below) you can also add them to ‘My Clubs’ in the menu in the top left of the screen.
- To book, click on a ‘Book Here’ which will take you to a timetable of upcoming sessions
- Select the one you are interested in, review the details and click ‘Book’
- You can also manage and review your bookings through the app by clicking on ‘My Bookings’
We hope to add more features to the app over time which will appear automatically.

How to re-register to use the Hampton Pool booking app
There have been some software upgrades to the app whilst we’ve been closed, which means that you will need to log back into the app to begin using it again (you will only need to do this on your first use). Login details have changed from User ID and PIN to email address and password.
If you have never used the app before, you will need to follow our instructions for setting up as a first time user see above
- Open the app as normal and select the activity you would like to book. The following screen will appear. Click on ‘Login now’.

- This will bring you to the following Login page. Click on ‘Reset Password’.

- 3. Enter your email address and click ‘Request Password’.

- You will receive an email from YMCAStPaulsGroup@leisurecloud.net containing a link and your personal Member ID. Follow the link, enter the Member ID you have just received and set up your password (this is the password you will use when logging back in to the app). Click ‘Save’.
- When you click ‘Save’ you will be redirected to the YMCA’s online web portal. Do not login to this page as it will take you to the booking options for YMCA’s Walthamstow centre! Close this page in your browser and return to the app.
- When you are prompted to login, enter your email address and password you have just created.
- The app should now work as normal.

*You might be wondering why the app has a YMCA and not a Hampton Pool logo. YMCA St Paul’s Group manage Hampton Pool on a day-to-day basis on behalf of Hampton Pool Trust – the community run charity that owns the Pool.
YMCA St Paul’s Group have invested considerably in the development of the app for all of the five sites they manage: Hampton Pool, The White House, Hawker Centre, Wimbledon and Surbiton.
The users of Hampton Pool will benefit from the convenience of using the app which may not have been financially viable if Hampton Pool had developed one solely for themselves.
