Circuits classes are run every weekday between 09:30 and 10:30. At this time our indoor gym is closed to the public and therefore cannot be booked on the app.
However, you do have the option to use the outdoor portion of our gym when paying for regular gym entry.

Our membership packages are outstanding value
and start from only £25.00 per month for a concession membership.
There is a one-off joining fee for all the gym memberships.
The air-conditioned gym operates in a friendly
relaxed way with a minimum of supervision, although
trained staff are in attendance at all times. All
new members have to undertake a complimentary induction
course.

If you have joined our Gym and you do not have access to book on the app (all the time slots are grey) then we need to put a Gym Induction on your account.
Please note:you will need to pay a £40 joining fee to do PAYG or have set up your monthly/annual membership before we can give you access. The joining fee/annual memberships can be taken over the phone. All Direct Debits will have to be completed by you on the app/website or you can come onto site.
If you wish to join our gym on a PAYG basis and would like to book in for your first session, simply click here and copy and paste:

(We strongly advise that 16-17 Year old’s and beginners to the Gym have an induction with a Gym Instructor/Personal Trainer as opposed to a video induction.
Please always feel welcome to come and ask a Personal Trainer if you are unsure of anything in the gym.
If you are 16-17 years of age, even if you have already signed up online, you must fill in this form, completed and signed by a parent or guardian and upload it here. Your parent or guardian does not have to attend when you're signing up, a telephone call in which we discuss prices and their consent for you to use our gym will suffice if you have been unable to get a guardians signature on the form prior to arriving.

For me I am all about building confidence and creating consistent happiness with oneself.
Body dysmorphia is as real as anxiety and the two combined can have a self destructive effect on self confidence. A happy mind is a healthy mind and that’s what keeps the body healthy.
Our goal together should be to wake up every day and be proud of what we have become. Train with me and I will plan us the journey and together we will get there.
What we lose in weight we will gain in confidence. Every time we get stronger we reinforce our positive thinking.
And for every struggle we come across we work together as a team to get to the next step of our journey.
Ellie
Ellie is a Personal Trainer (Level 3) who specializes in holistic wellbeing. As a Yoga Teacher (500hr+ RYT) and Pilates Instructor (Level 3), all PT sessions are infused with elements of both of these mind & body practices with a strong focus on the breath.
Once your goal is established together, Ellie will help you work towards your personal goal alongside general skill improvement such as balance, control and coordination.
Ellie is a nutritional coach, Ellie can provide you with advice which will help you gain a better understanding of how you can best achieve your goals through diet.
If you would like personalized 1:1 Pilates, Yin (60hr), Purna (200hr) or Arogya Yoga (300hr) sessions - Arogya Yoga is a specific Yoga where each class is curated to work around personal limitations, specific illnesses, ailments and diseases and wellness goals.
Nathaniel
Nathaniel is a Personal trainer who specialises in Calisthenics and Martial Arts, he has a passion for improving people's health, wellbeing and enjoyment of exercise. Nathaniel will help you work towards your goals in a fun and constructive way. Nathaniel has been trained in Martial arts for over 20 years and has a deep knowledge varied school of disciplines. With extensive knowledge in physical training, coupled with his keen interest in the mental health, Nathaniel aims to provide a workout experience that keeps a balance of the two.
