Great Whites Swimming Club
Hampton Great Whites is a non-competitive swimming club whose aim is to train young swimmers to maintain fitness and develop their technique. The club is ideal for children who want to continue at an advanced level without the pressures of a competitive environment.
Squad sessions are on a Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday afternoons (see timetable below).
Swimmers should be 8 years or older and be able to swim at least 800 metres (32 lengths of a 25 metre pool or 24 lengths of our pool) and be able to swim all 4 competitive strokes.
Important notice:
Please be aware that you must be a registered Great Whites member to book and all sessions must be pre-booked via our app or online booking system.

Something a bit different…
Rookie Lifeguard
If your children are budding Lifeguards, then the Rookie Lifeguard awards developed with the Royal Lifesaving Society is for them.
Rookie Lifeguard is an introduction into basic lifesaving and rescue skills in and around pools and other water areas. Divided into stages bronze, silver and gold each course is a mixture of abilities and the children will be worked at their level. Children must be over 8 years and able to swim 50+ metres.
We run 12 week courses during the school terms and also crash courses at Easter, May Half Term and Summer Holidays.
