Please read the following information regarding booking your sessions:
- Swim sessions will be released 6 days in advance at 08:00 each morning.
- Our Family swims sessions on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be bookable 6 days in advance.
Multiple people on one booking
If you are booking for more than one person, please register each of the individuals you would like to book for using the button above ‘Register Here’.
Please note down all the Member ID Numbers as these will be required in the next step. Once you have done this, please CLICK HERE to let us know the Member IDs you would like linked you’re your account.
All swims sessions have a waiting list feature which you can join when the session is full. The waiting list works on a ‘fastest finger first’ basis, meaning all of the people on the waiting list will be sent a link to secure an available slot regardless of position on the list.
Important: If you pay by Direct Debit or annual subscription, please be aware from 17:00 on the evening of 31 March to 09:00 the morning of 1 April & 18:00 to 19:00 of the evening of Thursday 25 March, maintenance on our system will mean for these brief periods our system will not recognize your subscription and therefore the app will request payment. To avoid making any unnecessary payments, please book before or after this short window of time.
Being physically and mentally fit has never been more important and we continue to be proud of the role that we have been able to play in helping members of the Hampton Pool community boost their immunity, mental health and physical wellbeing, most recently over the Christmas and new year period. We want to continue to help people stay as fit and healthy as possible during these unprecedented times, and look forward to welcoming you back as soon as possible.
Our changing rooms are still unavailable so remember to turn up beach/swim ready!
Just a reminder that if you have a season ticket for swimming it was automatically frozen for the time we have been closed. For annual swimming season ticket holders or annual gym pass holders we will extend your membership by the length of time we have been closed.
Gym and Fitness Classes update
Our outdoor classes and outdoor gym will both reopen to the public on 29 March. Our outdoor classes will be bookable from at 08:00 on 17 March and the outdoor gym will be bookable at 08:00 on 23 March.
Some exciting news
Our popular Moonlight Swims are back! We have also added new sim lesson slots, please keep an eye out for these... they can both be booked via our app.
We’ll be providing more up to date information via our website, app and social media as and when we receive any further updates about reopening. In the meantime, we’d like to thank you for your support during this difficult time for us all and when it is safe to do so, we look forward to welcoming you back to Hampton Pool in the very near future.

Virtual Fitness Classes

These classes are included in Annual and monthly memberships (gym + classes / gym, swim and classes. You can also attend on a pay-as-you-go basis for £5.00 per session or on a specific ‘Book of 10 Virtual Classes’ ticket (£49.50 total).

Regular books of tickets do not provide access to our Virtual classes due to the price difference. Please click here to fill in a form to opt into our monthly Virtual Classes Access Code email.
- You need to do this if you wish to attend
- You only need to do this once
- You do not need to do this if you’re an Annual/monthly member to gym + classes or gym, swim and classes
Please note: Filling out the opt in form will mean you can receive the session codes. However, to be accepted into the class from the waiting room you must book on the app.
